SODIC East – Compound & Villa, Cairo
Overview
At SODIC East, one of East Cairo's prominent residential developments, PRIX contributed on two levels: construction management for the compound's infrastructure works, and the architectural and interior design of one of its villas.
PRIX Scope of Work
A contribution to construction management for the compound's infrastructure, and the architectural and interior design of one of its villas. From the early stages of construction, our team took part in coordination, quality control and multidisciplinary execution of the project's infrastructure.
Execution & Delivery
The villa combines clean contemporary lines with soft transitions between materials, with every space (from the double-height reception hall to the family living areas) planned to balance openness and privacy, natural light and warmth.
