Leena Springs Villa – Cairo
Overview
Leena Springs Villa began as a structural challenge and became an integrated design-and-build project, combining structural works beneath an existing building with complete interior and furniture design.
PRIX Scope of Work
A structural addition, complete interior and furniture design, and bespoke pieces made in our workshops. A new basement level was added beneath the existing two-and-a-half-storey villa, which required deep excavation under the building and extending the main staircase and elevator to connect every floor. The garden was also reshaped to open a panoramic view from the basement towards a new swimming pool and a landscaped lounge area.
Execution & Delivery
PRIX also delivered the complete interior and furniture design, with pieces made to order in our own workshops and installed on site. With solar canopies on the roof, the villa became fully energy-independent and exports surplus electricity to the national grid.
