LiveIn Liwan – Riyadh
Overview
PRIX Constructions delivered the exterior and interior finishing works for LiveIn Liwan, a mixed-use residential project in Riyadh, with a focus on precise detailing, seamless transitions between materials and finishes that last.
PRIX Scope of Work
Exterior and interior finishing works. On the façades, our teams installed stone cladding and porcelain-look panels, decorative screens with geometric patterns and distinctive metal elements, along with high-performance glazing detailed with insulation, flashing and waterproofing terminations. At podium and retail level, shopfronts, canopies and shading elements were aligned along the full length of the façade, with durable external flooring and integrated façade lighting fixtures.
Execution & Delivery
The interior common areas include premium floor and wall finishes, gypsum partitions and ceilings, concealed access panels and coordinated MEP installations that keep ceiling layouts clean. Doors, ironmongery and joinery were installed to tight tolerances for a consistent, contemporary look throughout the project.
